Fernando and his team are simply the BEST. You can expect a very detailed report with clarity on what their team can address and what may be required by other contractors. I wish I had used Fernando when we bought our home 9 years since the basic home inspector process is a waste of time in my opinion since some of issues found had been there since time of purchase.

Fernando came out on the same day I called about a termite issue. He helped me identify the termites and the issue, and looked at our termite report from treatment that had been performed 2 years prior. He felt that we should not have termites if the treatment had been performed correctly, and encouraged me to reach out to the company to see if they would retreat under warranty. The company agreed to retreat the original area, as well as the area under our deck for free, all because of Fernando’s knowledge and expertise. I can’t thank him enough for his honest, expert opinion. I would definitely recommend using him for your termite needs.
